Loss/Theft/Misuse of Card :
1.  The Cardholder must contact the SBICPSL as soon as possible at the SBI Card Helpline number if the Primary or any Additional credit card is misplaced, lost, stolen, mutilated, not received when due or if he/she suspects that the credit card is being used without the Cardholder’s permission.

2.  Once a card is reported lost, then it will not used under any situation and if it is being found used by the Cardholder subsequently, and the Cardholder should cut the card diagonally in half.

3.  SBICPSL is not at all responsible for any transactions incurred on the card account prior to the time of reporting of the loss of the card to SBICPSL and the Cardholder will be wholly liable for the same.
